Garden Design of Toronto Botanical Garden by Bortolotto Architects. A collection of nesting houses that are positioned to form the shape of a flower. The Flower House was inspired by the Toronto Botanical Garden’s role of encouraging an understanding of gardening, horticulture and the natural landscape. The shape of each individual nesting compartment is inspired to reflect the Purple Martin’s fascinating ability of great speed and agility in flight.
